World Telemedia understands how important it is to return to your office with the right contacts this meeting system will help you to achieve that goal, you are able to set up meetings with the attending companies before the event.

 
Once you have fully registered for World Telemedia you will be sent login details and a password to access the meeting system where you can search through the other participants and request a meeting with them.

The Chance2Meet system will automatically allocate your meeting to the first available slot in your calendar and therefore we recommend that you start by blocking out the times that you are not available for meetings when you first access the system.
The meeting point for all meetings is the central bar area.  When you book a meeting you will be given a table number.  You will be able to find this table in the central bar area so don’t worry if you don’t know what your next meeting looks like, you can find them waiting for you at the allocated table.
